When Susanna Reid was instructed by her physician that she wanted to lose weight she determined to do one thing about it.
While many will suppose the 48-year-old did not have to shed the kilos, Susanna, who presents Good Morning Britain alongside Piers Morgan , made the choice to make easy adjustments to her life-style which resulted in a stone-and-a-half weight loss.
The mum-of-three had already lost some weight earlier than she headed into see her GP, however she instructed Lorraine Kelly on her ITV breakfast present: “I went to a physician. I simply wished to ask him about pores and skin issues I had.
